Great purchase!

My son's room was always smelly and musty (from carpet, diaper pail, hamper and don't know what else). The air just felt dirty. So I bought this purifier (because it's adorable and good price). I've had it for one week and have definitely noticed a difference in the air quality. The air smells fresher and feels easier to breathe in there. The noise level is very quiet when you have it on low. You can put it on Medium or High when you are away or you need to quickly clean the air - on these higher settings it's very loud but thankfully the low setting is quiet. The only negatives - the blue UV light is VERY BRIGHT. I have to turn the shark away from the crib at night because it's so bright. Overall, I am happy with this purchase!!

UPDATE: I've had this purifier for almost one year now and am still very happy with it! It captures a lot of dust/dirt (apparent from the dirty filter) and the room always smells clean. If I ever turn it off for a long peri od of time I can notice the musty smell return but it quickly disappears once I turn the filter back on. I finally cut out two small pieces of dark duct tape and put it over the SUPER BRIGHT LED light and now it's not a problem. Very happy.

Great Air Purifier

I LOVE THIS AIR PURIFIER!! Excellent, excellent product!

It took me awhile to decide to get this as I read all the other reviewers on how the UV light is "too bright" or it is "too loud". It is NEITHER of those! Mine just arrived today and I had it on for 8 hrs. right now. I was able to sleep through it with the thing facing me and on "high". Just to give you an idea how "bright" the UV LED light is. It is about as bright as your smoke detector light. And the "loud" when turned on "high". Turn your car's fan on "high" or level 3. It is about that "loud" For some cars, even their car's fan on "high" is louder than this air purifier! My AC system sounds louder than this.

I regret taking my time ordering due to those 2 "issues" mentioned with other reviewers. But I'm glad I finally brought it to give it a shot. No problem whatsoever here and the BBQ smell that's been lingering around my apt. for 2 days with the windows open are now all gone after having it running on "high" for 4 hrs!

I have it on my carpet. No tilting issue like another reviewer wrote.

This is really a life safer product!!! I LOVE IT!!!

I bought this product for my daughter who had to be hospitalized for 3 days because of a air reactive desease that was torturing my daughter. When she came back home after being ok at the hospital, she got sick again so I had to send her to my sister's house and over there she was doing well, so I realized that something was wrong at home because every night at home she had truble to breath so I could not sleep under that desperate situation. Then I thought that I should surf the internet to browse any website with info about air purifier...so i ended up on Amazon.com with this blessed air purifier but at first I doubted about purchasing because some negative reviews, but because I like the idea of the purifier to eliminate bacteria, virus and all those things i bought it and guess what? IT WAS THE BEST DESICION I HAVE TAKEN IN MY LIFE, BECAUSE SINCE THIS WONDERFUL PRODUCT GOT HOME I SET IT UP AND MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN SLEEPING WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. NOW THERE ARE NO RUNNY N OSE, NO STUFFY NOSE, NOTHING BUT SLEEPING SMOOTHLY THROUGH THE WHOLE NIGHT...FOR ME THAT WAS A PURE MIRACLE!!. Since I have seen that my daughter stared sleeping very well sice I started using this product, my wife told to buy another pinguin Air Purifier, so we decided to buy another Pinguin Air Purifier and this is just the second one...WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT!!1 SO DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT IT...YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR LOVED ONE'S HEALTH ARE GOING TO GET THE HEALTH YOU ALL NEED!!
